Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand—especially in relationships. They may be navigating betrayal, grief, identity questions, or a major life transition. Some are college students overwhelmed by pressure and change; others are couples trying to decide whether trust can be rebuilt. Often, something feels painful, complicated, or hard to say out loud, and they’re looking for a space grounded in presence and attunement—not judgment—where they can slow down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and find clarity about what comes next.
I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, major life transitions, and significant ruptures. This often includes infidelity work, supporting both those who’ve been betrayed and those who’ve broken trust. Therapy offers accountability, clarity, and the chance to shift painful beliefs about yourself that may have taken hold.
Real healing begins when someone is willing to sit with you through moments you’ve faced alone. My approach is warm, conversational, and insight-oriented.
