Hi there! I'm Jared and I recognize that managing life with or without mental health issues is hard enough & too many people feel alone in their struggles. My biggest focus is helping you not feel alone. The clients that need a warm therapist, want a deeper understanding of their problems, and want to actively change will find me a good fit. As a systemic therapist, I try to understand all the aspects of your life and how they impact your situation including how your unique identity (race, gender, culture, etc.) shapes your life. Originally from Idaho, I love the outdoors & potatoes almost as much as helping my clients.
Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) & Trauma-Informed Therapy, we will work together to address the root of your concerns. This more personal approach helps uncover & heal deep-seated issues, allowing for better management of your life & relationships. My approach goes beyond simple talking to actually release the burdens you've carried for years.

Men's Emotional Growth
You don't have to carry everything alone. This therapist-led men's emotional growth and healing group is designed for men who want deeper relationships, greater self-understanding, and a stronger connection to themselves and others. Through honest conversation, mutual support, and guided interpersonal work, members explore patterns related to vulnerability, shame, relationships, emotional expression, and personal growth. The group offers a confidential environment where men can be challenged, supported, and known by others. This is an 8-week closed group focused on authentic connection and lasting change.
