I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Amanda Beeman, LPC-S. It is my joy to provide a safe, warm, supportive space for clients to explore life’s challenges and discover their inner strengths. I bring with me the expertise of my education and the experience of working with a variety of populations. Everyone has their own story, and I am eager to be a part of yours.
I believe that each client is different and requires different considerations. I use an eclectic approach drawing from primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person Centered Therapy. For children up to about 10 I utilize Child Centered Play Therapy. Through these evidence-based methods, I seek to help you understand and enrich your life!
I see children, teens, and adults. I can help you, or your child, express yourself, negotiate boundaries, examine unhelpful thoughts or emotions, or work through traumatic experiences. We will explore together, whether that be problem solving solutions or simply coming to a greater sense of congruence and understanding!

During our initial sessions, we will establish a presenting problem, and delve deeply into the matters surrounding it.
