I work with a variety of people who present with depression, anxiety, anger, relationship problems, as well as academic or learning difficulties. My focus in therapy is to help people understand, process, and regulate their emotions in effective and healthy ways. I see it as a collaborative process where we work together to find relief and new ways of being.
I provide evaluations for individuals who have problems with attention, learning (e.g., dyslexia), academic functioning, memory, and/or intellectual disabilities. Evaluations are helpful for children and adolescents struggling in school, college students who need accommodations for standardized testing, or more general mental health evaluations.
