With more than twenty years of experience working with Adults, Couples, Families, and Adolescents using Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, Person Centered, Narrative, Family Systems, and other therapies most recently including EMDR, I will help you identify ways in which to move towards the goals you have for change. I assist my clients with parenting issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD and other life stressors.
