Currently accepting new patients. Hi! Beginning therapy can be scary and intimidating at first but so rewarding as you begin to experience positive changes in the way you feel and think. I have 7 years of experience helping others find healing and fresh starts from trauma, anxiety/depression, and stress. I love connecting with people and helping them achieve the future's they want. My therapy style is warm, non-judgmental, and empathetic. I specialize in EMDR therapy. Let's help you find healing and growth no matter what season you find yourself in.
Being a young professional myself, I understand many of the challenges that come along with this time of life. This provides me with the opportunity to connect quickly with others and allow them to feel safe and understood.
