Are you looking for someone to be there to help you through a hard time in your life? Whether you are looking for someone to talk to in a safe space where you can feel heard and free to express yourself or you are ready to work through past traumas, or on some of the deeper issues that might be at the core of what is keeping you feeling stuck in patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving in ways that get in the way of living your most authentic life. Whatever brought you to my page, I would be happy to help.
My approach to therapy involves working alongside clients with curiosity and a non-judgmental stance. I use several modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), grounded in attachment theory and trauma-informed care.
To help you determine whether you feel we'd be a good fit or not before starting sessions, I offer a free 15 minute consult where you can ask me any questions or would like me to know anything about yourself before getting started. I am currently taking new clients and have availability for online or in-person appointments.
