Therapy with me is structured, attuned, and grounded. We work at a pace your nervous system can tolerate, with attention to boundaries, consent, and practical integration. My role is to help you develop greater internal stability, choice, and self-trust.
I am trained in Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and other advanced modalities (TRM, CCTP, DIR), with over 25 years experience in complex trauma and dissociative disorders. These approaches address how trauma impacts the nervous system, attachment patterns, and sense of self carefully and collaboratively.
When I'm not in session I can be found hiking, reading, and talking to my dogs. In session, I work with a broad range of people including professionals (tech, entertainment), public-facing people, as well as LGBTQ+, trans, autistic, and neurodivergent adults.
