I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues and provide services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling and beyond. This includes individuals and families experiencing trauma, depression, stress and anxiety, grief as well as work and career issues.
I use traditional counseling techniques as well as have certification and experience in using Hypnotherapy and EMDR as treatment options. These methods have proven to be valuable approaches to helping clients meet their goals and objectives.
