I have a passion for working with people struggling with a variety of issues, including dysfunctional behavior rooted in shame, including addiction, self-loathing, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and self-sabotage. I believe people are incredibly resilient, and recognize that deep healing comes through meaningful connection and unconditional support.
My other areas of focus and training including, Ketamine Assisted Therapy, EMDR, self-compassion, and mindfulness. I work from an integrative and experimental approach, drawing from multiple theories and techniques including; Depth/Jungian, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
