Do you struggle with connecting? Have difficulties with men? Or want healthier relationships. Through training on attachment, trauma therapy, and building a healthy relationship with you I aim to repair old relationships so you can have the ones you want going forward. I also work with people going through tough transitions in life. This could be time of life, coming out of intensive therapy previously or intense family dynamics. This could mean we are working on early attachments, relationships with men, or traumas that have greatly impacted you. I aim to work with those who want to feel seen or who have had trouble connecting.

With the help of group therapy I try to provide a supportive place where we can feel connected. Through it we can learn more about ourselves and work on the many different things that feel difficult. Groups can be a wonderful place to understand ourselves in relationship with others. I also help serve when working with family dynamics is useful.

Finding a therapist can be really hard. It's such a difficult process because sometimes even when we connect with someone they do not feel like the right match. My goal is to help you find the right person to work with you and I believe I could be that person, but if I am not, I will help you find a good connection with another therapist.

I think of the here and now as the ability for a person to express their immediate thoughts without filtering or suppressing them. Intensive IP: Growing Through Connection

This intensive group is has the same format as the weekly groups, but it meets for 6 hours in one day once a month rather than weekly. This creates several different experiences. Once a group is over it is normal for members to have lots of thoughts and feelings that are left over from the process. With this intensive group members stay in the process more easily and are able to share more readily what was happening for them, which helps the process of understanding themselves more deeply.
