Dialectical Behavioral Therapy/ Process Group
This group combines the philosophy, vocabulary and skills of DBT with the psychodynamic interpersonal interactions of a process group. We begin each group with a meditation, members can check in with what they would like to explore and a worksheet that relates to DBT is also provided. This is an excellent group for anyone looking for support around distress tolerance, emotional regulation and interpersonal relations.

Online Group for People ages 18-30 years old
Strong interpersonal focus Loosely skills based. This process group uses psycho-educational tools from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness approaches to navigate emotional experiences as they come up in the group, both within individual members and between them. The current culture of this group centers around inter-personal experiences, working with social anxiety around how they are perceived by others, what attracts them to others, what pushes them away and how others respond to them. Other topics include identity, relationships and negotiating family ties.
