Groups
Women Becoming
A space for reflection, connection, vulnerability, and growth. Over 10 weeks, we’ll explore how our childhood and adolescent experiences have shaped the women we are today and what we’re longing to grow into. We’ll explore: inner child & adolescent selves; identity & self-worth; Relationships & attachment; Boundaries & identifying needs; Grief & letting go; and desire & becoming . This is a process group, which means we won’t simply be learning about ourselves, we’ll have the opportunity to experience ourselves in relationship with others, be witnessed, and practice showing up more authentically. Meeting virtually over Zoom; led by Kristy Smith (AMFT) and Rose Dickson (Practicum Therapist).
