Life presents each of us with challenges and stressors, but you don't have to go through them alone. As a clinician I recognize each person’s story and experiences are unique, so therapy should be the same. I am committed to provide a strength-based, interculturally competent, trauma informed and person-centered approach. I have worked in social work for over 15 years working with multiple communities and populations including, expecting, and parenting families, 0–5-year old’s, school age children, youth (10+), adults, caregivers of children, diverse communities and individuals who have experienced trauma.
I provide a welcoming, safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment for you to explore life transitions, personal issues, professional development, dilemmas, and concerns. Therapy can be used to address challenges, existential concerns, dreams, fears, and life transitions.
During our time together I create space that offers you the opportunity to embark upon a process of personal growth and development in an atmosphere of compassion and support. I look forward to hearing from you and learning more about what kind of support best meets your needs to grow, heal, or feel at your best.
