I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I create a compassionate space for women who are ready to heal, grow, and rediscover their identity. Many of my clients are high-functioning, great at "showing up", yet chronically tired and feeling the weight of life transitions, unhealed wounds, and emotional overwhelm. Using evidence-based approaches like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Strengths-Based, and Solution-Focused modalities, I help my clients explore what’s holding them back and move toward a life of hope, clarity and purpose.
I offer a "non-judgey" presence that helps the women I meet feel comfortable sharing their most vulnerable experiences. I listen uninterrupted, and I utilize compassion, humor, and a "no sugarcoating" style of relating to my clients to work with them to develop insight, foster self-compassion, and have motivation to change.
