Do you feel stuck in patterns that feel outside your control? With so much going on, it can be hard to find the help we need, but you have taken the first step. I love working with clients who are looking for a more authentic life with less stress, and have tried everything they know. This includes couples who find themselves in the same old arguments, or individuals healing from trauma. I specialize in faith transition, untangling relationship dynamics, and rebuilding self-trust after years of living by others’ expectations. We will focus on compassionate curiosity to build understanding and find your own answers.
Although talking about issues is helpful, my favorite methods are creative, powerful and allow me to attune to your individual needs. Some of these are: Sand Tray, IFS parts work, Relational Life Therapy, EMDR and Psychodrama. Not all models work for all clients, so we will use what works for you.
Together, we’ll make sense of your story, understand what’s been holding you back, and start practicing new ways of showing up in your life. The focus isn’t on “fixing” you, rather reconnecting with your strengths, your values, and your own voice so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
