Hello, my name is Jannaee Brummell-Moore. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Los Angeles, California with more than 15 years of experience. I am dedicated to creating a virtual safe haven for adults to work through life changes and challenges. I aim to help you have a better understanding of, and pride in, who you are, gain skills to manage your heavy thoughts and feelings, and build healthier relationships.
Over the years, I have worked with clients as young as 6 to as mature as 92 years old. Currently, I typically work with adult clients 20 to 70 years of age dealing with anxiety, anger, depression, and stress-related issues. I enjoy treating individuals who experience trauma, relationship difficulties, and difficulty adjusting to life changes.
I strive to create a warm, validating, and non-judgmental environment in my sessions. I believe that by encouraging open dialogue and building trust we can build your awareness and skills.
