I have extensive experience working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, abuse and trauma, family of origin issues, and adjustment difficulties during life transitions.
I tailor my work with people depending on the specific needs of each client. I use short term solution oriented interventions to allow people to take immediate steps, creating momentum in their lives, while addressing deeper issues that may be more subtle, or illusive with longer term strategies.
