I believe goal-oriented therapy is important, but client goals can differ widely. I employ training in various modalities to provide an integrationist approach to therapy, which effectively provides individualized therapy to each client who enters the therapy space. I am prepared to assist clients between the ages of 14 and 45.
I have assisted individuals in both in-patient and outpatient settings. I hold both undergraduate degrees in psychology and a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My training and experience range from school counseling and teaching, substance abuse therapy, to goal-driven individual therapy.
I am experienced in working with adolescents, adults, individuals, couples, and families. I provide therapy that is highly individualized and client-centered. I am trained in CBT, REBT, DBT, MBSEP, group therapy, individual therapy, substance abuse therapy, trauma-focused therapy, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and various other modalities.
