About
I have been in the counseling/life coaching business for 20+ years. I speak at conferences and am often seen on tv dealing with a variety of topics. I enjoy what I do and always look forward to helping individuals accomplish their goals. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and the Military. Because your needs are unique to you, I offer office visits or phone consulting.
The most common form of counseling is one-on-one. You may feel more comfortable meeting with me in person. The openness of face-to-face may create a favorable environment for sharing. Phone counseling, for busy people, allows access to counseling from your home or office.
Also available is Life Coaching. Coaching helps you gain personal and professional empowerment. Coaching opens up options that previously seemed impossible. An agreed upon number of sessions are utilized to help accomplish goals through phone calls and e mail. Please call me to discuss any questions you may have.
