I provide holistic counseling and psychotherapy for couples, adults, and families. My areas of focus include relationship issues, life transitions, gender and sexuality, conscious (positive) aging, living with mental and physical illness, trauma, grief and loss. Drawing on over 35 years in mental health and medical social work, I offer clients support and guidance dealing with the challenges and opportunities of life.
I listen deeply to client’s concerns and assist in developing practical, realistic solutions to complex, difficult and painful situations. I support clients in identifying the circumstances, losses, resources, strengths and achievements that shape their life’s journey and help them find resiliency to face their challenges.
I have expertise in attachment theory, family systems, depth psychology and psycho-spirituality. I love to assist and encourage clients on their quest of learning to find peace, healing, gratitude and joy as the mystery and uncertainty of life unfolds.
