I am a Marriage and Family therapist who believes in the sanctity of a life well lived and lived well. I work with individuals, children, families and couples to meet you where you are in your life.

We often can not change our circumstances but we can learn to change our attitude and thoughts about the situation. I specialize in teaching parenting, child abuse prevention and communications skills.
