About
If you are reading this, I am assuming that you want something in your life to change. Perhaps your stomach is in knots because of relationship issues, or stress at work. You might be worried about your children, even if they are adults. Someone very significant to you, might be missing from your life. Maybe you feel lonely, useless, unappreciated, anxious, unloved, or uneasy for a multitude of reasons. Perhaps its Covid-19, the economy and political divisiveness that is causing anxiety. You are searching for someone to help you, someone you can trust, to nudge you and and maybe significant others, in the "right direction".
I have been in practice for over 35 years. My specialities are marriage/relationship counseling, mood disorders, stress and grief. All treatment plans are created at the time of the initial session and are tailored toward the clients goals.
My practice is small. Evening appointments are often available. I keep overhead low by answering my own phone and scheduling my own appointments. I am most easily accessible by email or you can call and leave a voicemail.
