About
I specialize in helping my clients improve the difficult relationships in their lives, decrease anxiety and stress, and improve self-esteem issues. I understand life can be messy and out of balance. With years of experience and training in communication skills, trauma and symptom reduction, I know these are real and attainable goals. I am a results-oriented therapist, with a kind and empathetic style. If you have a willingness to achieve your goals, we can work together to get there as soon as possible.
My specific training is as a licensed clinical social worker and an EMDR certified and Flash Technique trained trauma therapist. This helps me work with people when they have a seemingly large reaction to a small incident or experience the same reactions repeatedly to an identifiable trauma.
I also have extensive training in a highly effective communication model. Communication is the cornerstone of a healthy, trusting and supportive relationship. I have helped many clients create positive change within even the most challenging relationships. Let's work together towards a happier and healthier life!
