I am a Registered Nurse and Licensed Master Social Worker. My work has involved extensive experience in bereavement, addiction, and trauma resolution. I conduct psychotherapy with adults and adolescents using talk therapy and a variety of eclectic techniques. My approach is warm and humanistic and very collaborative with my clients.
My focus is on establishing a safe harbor where people can obtain support in sorting out where they are in life, and where they want to go. Together we can make a plan to help you feel better. We can explore what is impacting your thoughts, feelings, and behavior, and work towards a healthier you!
