Hi there, my name is Janine Thomas and I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker based in Oakland and I provide tele-therapy throughout the state of California. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults of all ages, and couples. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Emotional Focused Therapy to assist my clients with achieving the change they desire.
I believe working with older adolescents, adults of all ages and couples is a great fit for me.
