Behavior is influenced by core beliefs. Behaviors follow patterns that can be identified and changed. We will identify your core beliefs and challenge unhealthy thought and patterns. We will use a mindfulness based approach and focus on your strengths as we create a plan for change.
The majority of my experience has been working with adults, young adults, adolescents and families in intensive outpatient, educational and therapeutic settings. My areas of specialty include: trauma, eating disorders, self esteem issues, body image work, depression, anxiety, challenges with children and adolescents and family relationships.
