I am certified in EFT, Emotionally Focused Therapy. Many therapists say they work with couples but when your relationship is struggling you deserve to work with someone who has experience and training with a solid, well researched approach that provides a plan to help you.
Emotional or physical affairs can lead to crisis in relationships. Often people are reeling in pain and not sure if or how to repair things. Working with EFT gives me a roadmap to help couples work though the issues in a healthy way without causing more damage.
