Welcome. Willamette Valley Counseling is a small private practice committed to making your health and well-being a priority. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, improving communication, trauma, grief & loss, and significant life transitions. My approach is relationship based, emotionally focused, compassionate, non-judgmental, and at times challenging. I welcome diverse thoughts, ideas and people to my practice.
My philosophy is that you are the expert in your life, and I'm a resource bringing trusted research practices for body and mind to our work. Together, we will explore what feels challenging in your life and look at your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to identify and develop healthy coping strategies to support you moving forward in your life.
Willamette Valley Counseling includes several experienced therapists. We work with a diverse clientele, and a broad range of concerns. We offer a holistic approach, confidential care and HIPAA compliant Teletherapy video conferencing. All questions welcome.
