I have worked as a counselor in schools, oncology and perinatology where I developed skills to support individuals through life transitions including end of life issues, chronic illness, or other medical changes. I have a passion for creating spaces where individuals can feel heard, validated, and understood in the ways that support healing and wellness.
I am committed to providing access to mental health support and wellness for people and populations who have been overlooked by the field (individuals with intersecting identities, People of Color, immigrant populations, pregnant or postpartum women of color, and biracial adults).
