I’m a behavioral health therapist devoted to helping individuals and families learn how to navigate life’s ups and downs while recognizing and challenging their deeply held belief systems.
My practice targets unhealthy behaviors and patterns around anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, by bringing them back to a natural balance. Previously as a school-based therapist as well as working with victims of sexual abuse, I use EMDR methods, solution focused, narrative therapy and ACT.
