I’m here to support your healing journey toward self-understanding and a more flexible way of being and relating. My work is rooted in heart and authenticity, and I believe that every individual has the innate capacity for growth. I understand that the journey through traumas, relationship losses or hurts, identity questions, and life transitions can be uncomfortable. I help disentangle trauma's legacies: feelings of shame, not belonging, and disconnection from the body's natural rhythms. That's why I'm here - to provide a compassionate space where you can feel deeply understood as you move through the often-messy process of change.
I’ve trained extensively in the treatment of trauma and I use an integrative approach, drawing on Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, and AEDP. These experiential therapies help you reconnect the stories of the mind, heart, and body such that you can attune to yourself with compassion, honor your emotions, and orient to self-trust in the present.
I offer a nonjudgmental space to build trust and feel safe and known. Together, we track current concerns, explore earlier experiences, and identify activations of the past that may contribute to a sense of being stuck. By recognizing how past injuries are triggered in the present, we work to release the grip of these old maps and let new experiences emerge.
