A place where there is no judgement and you are heard with warmth and high regard. In my sessions you can be expect to be treated with kindness, empathy and be received with no judgement. This is my private practice, which means, you will not have a therapist turnover in a few months. I’m very personable and real. I will care about you.
I work with many areas of struggle including depression and anxiety. I specialize with trauma, history of relationship abuse including recovery from narcissistic relationships as well as addictions. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, eye movement therapy and hypnotherapy and whatever tool is needed to meet you where you are.
I am committed to helping you in your transformation process. I'm licensed in Michigan and Florida as a social worker, I'm a certified substance abuse counselor and hypnotherapist.
