As a Jungian Analyst, MFT, and former nurse, I have a special interest in how the body, mind and spirit interrelate. I have worked with addictions, chronic illness or pain, early rejection and trauma. I also work with creative blocks and finding life purpose.
I am trained in Jungian Sandplay and collage, and use it for patients whose trauma cannot be spoken. I have worked with grief and loss with individuals and groups. I teach the use of collage for self-discovery, healing trauma and grief resolution.

Making collage is a way of accessing the unconscious areas of our psyche, which provide vital information for problem-solving in our personal lives, overcoming creative blocks and developing a fuller sense of self.
