I specialize in perinatal mental health and have experience providing CBT and EMDR to individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, the effects of trauma, and other life-stressors. I use a conversational rather than blank slate approach, inserting the occasional podcast quote or book recommendation (did you catch my Glennon Doyle reference?)
