Hi, I'm Janice Nardi, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 25 + years experience counseling Individuals and Couples and provide services OnLine ONLY! Couples Counseling includes communication and conflict resolution, life crises, infidelity and recovery, blended family issues, co-parenting styles, in-law matters, and the hot topics of sex, money, substance abuse or internet/porn addiction. Individual Counseling often focuses on self-esteem, mood disorders, relationship issues, crises and transitions, loss and grief, and traumas of long ago or present day.
My specialty working with couples has taught me that couples often know what needs to change in their relationship, but they are afraid to talk about it - afraid that, "bringing it up will only make matters worse!", or, they have talked, made changes, but "the changes don't last."
