Responsible Decisions - Impaired Driving Program

Our DUI Education Treatment Program is a VASAP-approved course for individuals charged with DUI and drug-related offenses. It meets most court and probation requirements, promoting responsible decision-making and preventing future violations. Participants will learn about DUI laws, legal consequences, and the effects of alcohol and drugs on the body and mind. It explores patterns of substance use, addiction risks, and peer pressure. Through interactive discussions, group activities, and evidence-based education, participants develop strategies to make safer choices and reduce risk. Conducted by a qualified SAP, it reviews substance use history, current behavior, and readiness to return to duty. The process includes screening, clinical interview, and clear recommendations for education or treatment if needed. You will receive guidance on the next steps and required follow-up. The goal is to help you meet DOT compliance standards and safely return to work with proper documentation for your employer and regulatory requirements
