You may struggle with depression and the despair and resignation of there being little hope for relief. Whether it is worry and fear, or lack of worth and hope, you may feel stuck and long for vitality and a sense of mastery over your life.
My work with couples is guided by the principle that unmet needs, if not tended to, can lead to resentment and conflict, causing distress in the relationship. We work to attend to what is missing in your connection and what you are longing for. My focus with individuals is on building greater resiliency and strength within, to live a more abundant life.
My goal is to co-create a safe space for reflection, insight, and healing. I have training in multiple methods of couples therapy, and draw from each of these to fit the unique needs of each couple. My work with individuals is focused on the innate growth potential we all share and to strengthen from within, while working to resolve any wounds remaining.
