Working from a wholistic perspective incorporating biological, relational, emotional, and spiritual elements, my goal is to empower you to create greater satisfaction and happiness in your life and relationships.
I integrate brain science, attachment theory, internal family systems, solution focused and mindfulness approaches. I have extensive training in treating trauma, including EMDR levels I and II. I'm also trained as a life and wellness coach.
I enjoy working with a wide range of individuals with diverse life experiences. The arts have been very important in my life, so I often find myself working with writers, musicians, and other creative individuals.
