What to expect: We will complete an intake session, a 90 minute preparation session, and then an intensive ranging from 3 hours to two full days.
Each intensive is personalized to your unique needs and goals. I will work closely with you to design each one that fits your pace and targets your specific challenges. I integrate a blend of therapeutic approaches to Intensives for a tailored experience including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, attachment attunement, coloring, music, body movement.
