I utilize an array of research based strategies and interventions based on the client's needs, rather than one predetermined approach. These may include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Relationship counseling (Gottman level 1 & 2), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) , along with insight and skills based therapies (including communication skills).
