I have been practicing as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for over 22 years, & I have worked in mental health for over 40 years. Also, I am a Certified Trauma Therapist, CBTI-N (insomnia) therapist, Registered Play Therapist, Certified Autism Specialist & Autplay provider. So, I can help in various ways.
I am the only Licensed Mental Health Professional in the Houston Area that is a Certified CPT/PE (Trauma) therapist, Certified Autism Specialist, Certified Autplay provider, Registered Play Therapist, & trained CBTI-N provider. I provide effective, individualized treatment for Trauma, Insomnia, Mood Disorders, & Autism related issues, in a welcoming setting.
