My goal is to provide a safe environment for you to learn, explore and build the skills needed to create positive changes in your life. My areas of clinical focus are relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, marriage issues, life transition, stress and life-style management, parenting, perinatal mood disorders, grief and loss, and personal growth.
