Rather than focusing on what’s “wrong,” we’ll explore who you are and empower you with the tools and insights needed to enhance your well-being.
And if words ever feel hard to find, don’t worry—we can also explore self-expression through art, memes, reels, and music. I believe in making therapy a fun, relatable, and effective experience.
