Janice strives to provides a safe, nonjudgmental space to get to the root of the pain and learn how to deal with it in healthier ways. She uses humor, accountability and a collaborative approach to therapy, working together with clients to build on their strengths so they can take positive action. Office or virtual appointments available but prefers in person.
