I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 30 years and have experience with working with primarily adolescents and their families as well as adults with behavioral health and substance abuse issues. I have been trained in DBT ( Dialectical Behavioral Therapy ), CBT ( Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ) , and MI ( Motivational Interviewing ) .
