As a pastoral counselor, I'm a psychotherapist who is open to exploring the spiritual side of life with clients, if they desire. I work with a wide range of gifted people struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar, family of origin challenges, and other mental health issues.
I enjoy working with women and men; with LGBT individuals; and a special interest is working with musicians, artists, writers, and others exploring the creative process. With couples, I help to build communication skills they can use to solve real issues -- both in therapy and on their own at home.
