We all experience that moment in life where we simply just need someone to talk to! Sometimes our families, friends and loved ones just don't cut it and we need to find someone outside of our circle to dump the heavy baggage we carry around on. Finding that person is difficult. I have worked in substance use disorder and mental health settings since 2011. I have worked in most every facet from inpatient, outpatient, medication assisted treatment, residential programs, community mental health, and medical settings. I refer to myself as being "well-rounded" due to the extent of my professional career and personal experience
