Most people are experiencing normal reactions to unusual stress or situations in their lives, past or present. My approaches support working through issues, and building stronger skills for meeting any additional challenges. These can include traditional and mind-body-spirit techniques, including NLP, time-line therapy, rational thinking, meditative and relaxation methods, and overall support for the journey. I work with individuals, parent-child issues, couples, and blended family relationships. Working in areas of physical and mental wellness, we partner together to support mental and physical well-being and ongoing growth.
My work includes talk, cognitive, and behavioral therapies, and non-traditional holistic approaches. These methods can be used to manage stress, crisis, trauma, overcome challenges and obstacles, and support healing. These techniques and coping skills can be integrated into a daily practice and lifestyle, creating balance even in difficult times.
Sessions can also focus on health, wellness, and lifestyle improvements. These may include nutrition, mind-body exercises, natural health principles, and other healing modalities to support the work of counseling and a life of balance and well-being.
