I am a licensed clinical social worker, helping adults who experience depression, anxiety, and other painful feelings associated with life transitions, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, past trauma, sexual assault, work-related issues, and stalled creativity. My work is collaborative--I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore your concerns freely. My approach is psychodynamic -- focused on relationship and emotional attachment. Our work together is aimed at helping you to resolve the issues underlying your emotional pain; it is a course of treatment that often leads to greater self understanding and confidence. I enjoy treating adults of all ages and backgrounds.
